Jasmine’s experience is vast. Corporate America, assisted newly resettled refugees with employment, non-profit leadership, big sister, Big sister, and janitor. Now, she runs a video production company with her younger sister. As the Co-Owner/Producer, she manages multiple accounts, and is a master networker. Deep conversation and a dirty martini is the way to her heart. 

Amber is a visionary with an imagination full of colorful ideas. She listens carefully to clients and fulfills every expectation with precision and artistic energy. On set, Amber is steady and calm but clearly in control. Her leadership is evident on every shoot. Amber’s concern for her staff is also apparent. She encourages them to be healthy in mind, spirit, and body. Being strong, she notes, is much more than simply lugging heavy camera equipment. In her free time, she writes poetry, enjoys nature, and practices yoga. Namaste!

KP brings a wide range of experience to the SIS team from designing software solutions in the Education space to wearing several hats at her family’s label and packaging business, Phenix Label. She has a speciality in making life more efficient. KP was born and raised in Kansas City and spent 3 years in Chicago where she was a student in the Second City’s improv program. She is a lover of ladybugs, Halloween, and Marshall Mathers. When not at work, KP is on the hunt for the best breakfast burrito in town, attempting to finally beat her grandfather in chess, roaming around the Nelson, reading, or practicing yoga.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Lava comes with a deep knowledge of film production and commercial experience. Her interests in style, music, art, and storytelling make her a fitting member of the SIS team. As Camera Operator/Video Editor, she uses her creative perspective and intuitive sense to highlight powerful moments, seeing beauty even in the most improbable of places. In her free time, Lava can be found recording and performing original music under her artist moniker, Lava Dreams.

Stone is an eternally positive individual whose charisma will shine through even on the cloudiest of days. He has a keen interest in the bridge between fine art and digital media. He welcomes any challenge with open arms and meets them with innovation. His love for painting and sculpture brings an expanded eye into this digital media company.

Guilherme (aka Gee) has a passion for storytelling and creating stunning content. He has a love for video games, puzzles, and anything that will challenge him. He was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the United States alone at the age of 17 to pursue his dream of becoming a filmmaker. After earning a bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Film and Digital Media, Gee honed his skills in videography, photography, motion design, and other multimedia-related fields. When it comes to tackling challenges, Gee is always up for the task, using his problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. Gee is a true asset to SIS, and is always looking for new opportunities to grow and learn.

Candace is a Kansas City native who somehow fell in love with the city after living in it for 24 years. Her positive energy stems from the people who mean the most to her; family and friends. They are the ones who keep her focused and grounded. Before joining the SIS team, Candace spent a lot of her time immersing herself into her books as well as her house plants. As an outgoing introvert, this was the best way to ground herself. Once recharged, you can find Candace working toward her life-goal of making others happy.
